What you will do

• Coordinate and optimize the Isoflex 360 launch plan and related project management activities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and external stakeholders.
• Support the implementation and follow-up of customer trial plans.
• Develop and adapt communication and promotional tools aligned with regional strategies.
• Analyze market data to support decision-making and track launch performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate technical activities including development plans and product registrations in Spain.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical, marketing, or project management within the plant protection sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish agricultural market and distribution channels.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Prince2.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for presenting to internal and external audiences.
