What you will do

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams of developers, QA engineers, and designers using Scrum and Kanban.
  • Drive stakeholder management to align clients, executives, and internal teams on priorities and risks.
  • Manage scope, risks, and dependencies, adjusting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, business-relevant updates for diverse audiences.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for workflow and team efficiency optimization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Product Ownership within IT outsourcing or consulting.
  • Strong Agile expertise with hands-on leadership experience in distributed teams.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, and technical integration processes.
  • Fluent English with excellent articulation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Must be based in Poland, Romania, Brazil, or Colombia.
