What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable VoIP solutions based on FreeSWITCH and Kamailio.
• Configure and troubleshoot SIP protocols, RTP streams, and media gateways.
• Monitor and optimize high-load production VOIP systems using tools like Homer.
• Develop call routing, failover mechanisms, and load balancing strategies.
• Ensure security, scalability, and redundancy within the VoIP infrastructure.
• Implement WebRTC-based voice and video solutions and collaborate with DevOps and development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in VOIP engineering, specifically with FreeSWITCH and Kamailio.
• 3 years of experience with Kubernetes (k8s) on production systems.
• Strong expertise in SIP protocol, RTP streaming, and VoIP call flows.
• Experience with NAT traversal, STUN/TURN, WebRTC, and ICE frameworks.
• Proficiency in Linux administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to write automation and monitoring scripts in Bash, Python, or Golang.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Asterisk, OpenSIPS, or RTP Proxy.
• Experience with database integration using Redis, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL solutions.
