What you will do

• Manage and grow key strategic partners and high-profit affiliate accounts.
• Acquire high-value partners and identify new strategic traffic sources.
• Conduct complex negotiations and establish customized partnership terms.
• Perform in-depth traffic performance analysis to scale profitable campaigns.
• Lead anti-fraud efforts and manage high-risk traffic sources.
• Provide expertise and support to junior team members on complex issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate partnerships and achieving KPIs.
• Deep understanding of performance metrics including FD, RD, R2D, LTV, and Churn.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Tableau and affiliate platforms.
• Established personal network of Tier 2–3 affiliates and partners.
• Experience representing affiliate programs at industry conferences.

• Experience with predictive modeling.
