What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and partner events.
• Coordinate event registrations, schedules, vendor relations, and attendee communications.
• Create and publish event-related content across email, website, and social media channels.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to prepare event materials and presentations.
• Monitor registration data and prepare performance reports to support lead collection.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, research, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or event coordination.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and event-driven lead generation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• English: B2 level required for effective communication.
• Familiarity with email marketing, social media platforms, and event management tools.
• Experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
