What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design: research, synthesis, concepting, prototyping, and validation.
• Define product strategy for client engagements using user research and business context.
• Apply outcome-oriented methods (JTBD, hypothesis-driven design, success metrics) and dual-track agile delivery.
• Set and enforce quality standards for design deliverables across project teams.
• Lead design teams (3–5 people) and mentor designers; present and defend decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Use AI tools and workflows in day-to-day design work, advocate for AI adoption in client projects, and raise AI literacy internally.

Requirements

• Location: Remote from Poland
• 8–12 years of experience in UX/Product Design, ideally in a digital consulting or agency environment.
• T-shaped profile with deep UX expertise plus solid understanding of UI, research, service design, and tech context.
• Proven experience leading design teams and delivering complex digital products.
• Demonstrated AI fluency: active use of AI-augmented design workflows and understanding of AI-powered product patterns.
• Excellent English (C1); native speaker for the target market preferred.

Nice to have

• University degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
