Location: Must be based in Hungary (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite in Budapest)

What you will do
- Execute designs for AI-powered features, leveraging research insights to align with project goals.
- Collaborate with Senior/Staff UX Designers, Product Management, and Engineering to align stakeholders.
- Conduct UX discovery, competitor audits, and craft user stories for the Copilots & Knowledge team.
- Design for Agent Copilot, supporting agents with summarization and AI-powered knowledge suggestions.
- Contribute to the team's collective knowledge through proactive learning and mentorship.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in user experience design.
- Proficiency with Figma and FigJam.
- Experience with UX research methodologies.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Hungary.

- Experience designing for enterprise-level applications, specifically support or call centers.
