What you will do

• Copy edit and proofread medical communication materials for syntax, grammar, and consistency.
• Ensure all content adheres to AMA style and client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with the science team to verify factual accuracy and supporting evidence.
• Maintain brand style guides and follow internal editorial processes.
• Deliver high-quality work consistently within established deadlines.
• Report significant editorial issues to the Editorial Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or science.
• 1-3 years of experience in a medical communications agency or related industry.
• Expert knowledge of AMA style.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with office attendance required approximately four days a week.
