What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for clients, leading regular Business Reviews and managing Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Educate customers on digital solution features and functionalities tailored to their specific business needs.
- Deliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes and renewal rates.
- Develop fact-based analyses to solve complex business questions for C-suite level engagement.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities and generate new sales leads.
- Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to improve the overall client experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
- 2–5 years of experience in the CPG industry, market research, or category management.
- Prior experience with NIQ or similar analytics solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong numerical skills.
- Bachelor's degree (Honour’s degree is a plus).
- English: Upper Intermediate (B2) and Ukrainian language proficiency required.
