What you will do
- Implement software products, including installation, configuration, and user training.
- Manage MS SQL databases and data dashboards.
- Provide technical support and resolve system or data exchange errors.
- Research and provision solutions for complex customer issues.
- Consult customers on software configuration and manage requests in the support system.
- Participate in internal and external project work, including software upgrades and testing.
Requirements
- Fluent Ukrainian and B2+ English required for client communication.
- Experience in implementation and support processes or technical support for CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with technical documentation and multitask effectively.
- Must be based in Ukraine.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the FMCG market.
- Basic knowledge of C#.
- Ability to read technical specifications.
