What you will do

• Provide technical expertise and training on company products and solutions.
• Optimize product performance within customer operations to ensure efficiency.
• Act as a key liaison between commercial, R&D, and operational departments.
• Conduct audits and diagnostics to solve complex customer issues.
• Manage product portfolio harmonization for existing customers.
• Support the testing and deployment of new solutions under established standards.

Requirements

• Technical degree in chemistry or cleaning science or extensive field experience.
• Strong knowledge of professional laundry solutions.
• Solid commercial understanding and P&L awareness.
• Proven competency in auditing, diagnostics, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
