What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, performance-optimized data models using SQL and dbt.
• Apply software engineering practices to analytics code, including version control, testing, and continuous integration.
• Automate and streamline data validation, testing, and reporting processes.
• Lead data analysis for specific domains, collaborating closely with Product Analysts, Data Scientists, and Business Stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor data integrity and perform root cause analysis for data issues.
• Train business users on utilizing the data platform and visualization tools effectively.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with experience in marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of data validation, testing frameworks, and Git version control.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, Dagster/Airflow) and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
• Must be based in Berlin to work from the central office.
