What you will do

• Lead the development of a new brand platform for Dairy DACH to identify growth areas and consumer needs.
• Define strategy and activation based on local growth areas and global pipelines.
• Set and realize strategic priorities through detailed target group, market, and competitive analyses.
• Drive portfolio setup, brand equity development, and route-to-market definitions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams within the DACH cluster and collaborate with EU/Global teams.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in brand management for consumer goods, ideally in food & beverage.
• Strong project management skills and experience implementing media campaigns and product innovations.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and confidence in presentation and pitching ideas.
