Senior DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Develop and scale modular IaC using Terraform across foundation, platform, and workload layers.
• Standardize YAML-first CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates within Azure DevOps.
• Manage Kubernetes (AKS) cluster lifecycles, upgrades, and overall workload reliability.
• Implement GitOps practices and PR-driven workflows as the single source of truth.
• Strengthen platform security via secretless auth (OIDC), Key Vault, and hardened container supply chains.
• Drive automation using Bash/Python and enhance observability via Datadog and the LGTM stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure in multi-subscription environments.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and Helm for SLA-driven workloads.
• 2+ years of experience with modular and layered Terraform architecture.
• Proven expertise with Azure DevOps Pipelines using YAML-first templates.
• Experience in regulated environments such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or FCA.

Nice to have

• Experience with both greenfield developments and brownfield legacy system improvements.
• Ability to introduce structure and standards into low-process environments.
• Production on-call experience and deep understanding of incident response.
