TL;DR

Location: Fully Remote (Hubs in Cyprus, Riga, Vilnius, Warsaw)

What you will do
- Develop and scale modular IaC using Terraform across foundation, platform, and workload layers.
- Standardize YAML-first CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates within Azure DevOps.
- Manage Kubernetes (AKS) cluster lifecycles, upgrades, and overall workload reliability.
- Implement GitOps practices and PR-driven workflows as the single source of truth.
- Strengthen platform security via secretless auth (OIDC), Key Vault, and hardened container supply chains.
- Drive automation using Bash/Python and enhance observability via Datadog and the LGTM stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure in multi-subscription environments.
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and Helm for SLA-driven workloads.
- 2+ years of experience with modular and layered Terraform architecture.
- Proven expertise with Azure DevOps Pipelines using YAML-first templates.
- Experience in regulated environments such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or FCA.
Nice to have
- Experience with both greenfield developments and brownfield legacy system improvements.
- Ability to introduce structure and standards into low-process environments.
- Production on-call experience and deep understanding of incident response.
