Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — teams are expected in the office an average of four days a week

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive influencer marketing strategies and custom strategy shells for global brands.
  • Oversee end-to-end planning and optimization of campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard diverse creators, managing negotiations for high-reach paid partnerships.
  • Develop legally compliant creative briefs and oversee content review to ensure brand alignment and quality.
  • Analyze campaign KPIs and deliver actionable insights through detailed weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with social strategists, content creators, and account teams to integrate influencer activity into broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of implementing successful influencer campaigns for major brands.
  • Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, including various platforms and content formats.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills for managing talent agencies and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory guidelines, specifically ASA guidelines.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid, 4 days/week)
