Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 GBP

What you will do
- Scale the Ambassador Programme into new markets and demographics while maintaining authenticity.
- Build and lead the Influencer Programme, focusing on micro and mid-tier creators aligned with brand values.
- Develop strategic frameworks for recruitment, onboarding, briefing, and management.
- Collaborate with brand, creative, and performance teams to align initiatives with broader marketing goals.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and track campaign performance and ROI using data.
- Create scalable systems and processes to grow both programmes efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience building or managing ambassador and/or influencer programmes in lifestyle, community, or tech spaces.
- Existing relationships with influencers, agents, and managers.
- Proven ability to source, pitch, and negotiate effectively with creators.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Comfortable using data and insights to inform strategy and report outcomes.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to sex-positive, inclusive, and progressive communities.
Nice to have
- Experience with micro or mid-level influencers in niche or values-led categories.
- Familiarity with the dating, social, or community app space.
- Experience managing influencer budgets, contracts, or platforms.
