What you will do

• Architect production-level ML and AI workloads, including agents, pipelines, and inference optimization.
• Serve as a trusted practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions, including RAG and multi-agent orchestration.
• Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads using best-in-class MLOps practices.
• Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sales process.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on industry ML experience in ML Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Deep experience with LLMs, agentic systems, vector databases, and deployment tools like HuggingFace or Langchain.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts.
• Proven ability to communicate and teach technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be based in Paris and able to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
