What you will do

• Trade Bonds, FX Swaps, Repo, Interest Rate Derivatives, and FX Spot in the interbank market.
• Provide competitive prichirify.global and financial solutions to clients.
• Monitor and manage desk positions while ensurhirify.global strict compliance with risk limits.
• Translate macroeconomic and political developments into actionable tradhirify.global strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions to ensure proper governance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the desk's overall business strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fixed income tradhirify.global (government bonds, derivatives, repo).
• Deep understandhirify.global of rates markets and yield curve dynamics.
• Strong track record of risk management in volatile market conditions.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, and Excel.
• Fluent communication skills in both Romanian and English.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Romania.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VBA or Python.
