What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, qualification, and shaping of complex customer opportunities.
• Design end-to-end network solutions including dark fibre, optical transport, Ethernet, and cloud edge connectivity.
• Produce comprehensive design documentation, capacity models, and bill-of-material details.
• Coach Account Executives on service portfolios, design principles, and engagement techniques.
• Act as the technical authority for complex opportunities requiring Individual Case Basis evaluation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience in solution engineering, network architecture, or technical presales within telecommunications or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of optical networking, wavelength services, Ethernet transport, and routed networks.
• Ability to create accurate design diagrams using Lucidchart and detailed capacity models.
• Experience supporting enterprise, public-sector, financial services, or wholesale carrier customers.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with regular office attendance in London or Sofia.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex technical topics to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with coherent optical systems and high-bandwidth wavelength services.
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and dedicated connections.
• Knowledge of security topics including DDoS protection and secure edge design.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments (Ciena, Cisco, Juniper, Infinera, Arista).
