Physical Security Intelligence Operations Analyst

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with 2–3 days per week onsite

Salary: $25.50–$35.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Collect, research, and analyze intelligence from OSINT, social media, internal databases, dark web monitoring, law enforcement reports, fraud platforms, and vendor threat feeds.
• Monitor crisis, threat intelligence, fraud detection, access control, alarm, and physical security systems, including data center security operations.
• Act as an intake and escalation point for physical security and crisis management issues, coordinating guard responses and relevant internal teams.
• Investigate fraud, targeted threats, insider risk, travel security concerns, and other risks affecting hirify.global personnel and assets.
• Track security incidents, maintain case documentation, produce metrics and access-control reports, and audit security procedures and operator activity.
• Compile intelligence reports, threat briefings, and risk assessments while recommending improvements to intelligence processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of security experience in government, law enforcement, corporate security, or a related field in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to research, investigate, compile, assess, and evaluate information and situations effectively.
• Critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort working with high-tech tools and continuous learning.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams; flexibility for evening, weekend, holiday, and overtime shifts may be required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with OSINT, social media intelligence, dark web monitoring, fraud query tools, Neo4j, Lexis, Aperio, and vendor threat feeds.
• Strong customer service and incident management skills.
