What you will do

• Monitor physical security assets and open-source threat intelligence to detect unauthorized access or global emergency events.
• Manage access control, visitor management, and travel safety requests for personnel accessing facilities.
• Act as the first point of intake for emergencies, including medical, natural disasters, fire, and security incidents.
• Dispatch emergency response personnel and communicate tactical updates to large audiences to maintain situational awareness.
• Maintain real-time incident documentation and participate in post-incident reviews to implement corrective actions.
• Support projects to improve GSOC capabilities and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a GSOC working environment.
• Experience with physical security technology (ACS, IDS, VSS, VMS), travel safety, and mass notification tools.
• Proficiency with open-source intelligence (OSINT) research tools.
• Ability to work non-standard shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
• English language proficiency.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
