Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Monitor and communicate portfolio performance across acquisition and account management metrics.
• Partner with Credit Strategy and Portfolio Credit Managers to identify drivers behind performance shifts.
• Design and build analytics and reporting solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
• Source, cleanse, and structure data into analysis-ready datasets using SAS, SQL, or Python.
• Create interactive visualizations to enable leadership to identify portfolio opportunities and risks.
• Simplify workflows and automate repeatable processes leveraging AI and modern technology.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in analytics, or 8+ years of relevant credit experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, Risk, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with SAS, SQL, or Python.
• 1+ year of experience with SAS Visual Analytics or Tableau.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
