Location: 100% remote within Portugal

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for users and partners via email, chat, and phone.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries across social media platforms, including Facebook and App/Play Stores.
  • Handle priority situations and proactively reach out to users and stores when necessary.
  • Implement processes to inspire and empower customers and partners to adopt sustainable lifestyles.
  • Communicate customer needs and motivations to internal local and global teams.
  • Provide high-quality support in both French and English.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Full written and verbal proficiency in French and English.
  • Experience working with CRMs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
  • Must be based in Portugal.
  • Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to repetitive tasks.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in a marketplace, large platform, or the Food Industry.
