Location: 100% remote within Portugal

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for users and partners via email, chat, and phone.
- Manage and respond to inquiries across social media platforms, including Facebook and App/Play Stores.
- Handle priority situations and proactively reach out to users and stores when necessary.
- Implement processes to inspire and empower customers and partners to adopt sustainable lifestyles.
- Communicate customer needs and motivations to internal local and global teams.
- Provide high-quality support in both French and English.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
- Full written and verbal proficiency in French and English.
- Experience working with CRMs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
- Must be based in Portugal.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to repetitive tasks.

- Previous experience working in a marketplace, large platform, or the Food Industry.
