What you will do

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate complex user needs and business requirements into scalable, usable experiences.
• Lead design on complex problem spaces for gym operators and members, applying UX patterns, interaction principles, accessibility, and design systems.
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform product direction.
• Drive iterative, evidence-led design across discovery, definition, delivery, and post-launch optimization.
• Contribute to Design System evolution, governance, and application across web and mobile.
• Mentor within squads and Design team, elevating craft, collaboration, and design thinking.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years designing complex SaaS products, ideally B2B or multi-surface.
• Proven experience with flows, systems, scalable interaction patterns beyond individual screens.
• Strong experience with design systems and component-based design.
• Full product development lifecycle experience, biased toward discovery and user-centered decisions.
• Solid user psychology, research methodologies, behavioral/usage data knowledge.
• High proficiency with Figma, prototyping; experience with Miro, Maze, AI-assisted tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, storytelling; ability to manage multiple work streams.

Nice to have

• Experience in fitness or related vertical.
• Familiarity with React frameworks.
