What you will do

• Craft comprehensive design solutions from conceptual stages to product release for Enterprise tool programs.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, and intuitive navigation aligned with natural work processes.
• Collaborate with developers to iterate on design solutions, balancing technical feasibility and product quality.
• Create sketches, service blueprints, and Figma prototypes to communicate design rationale.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to iterate on design solutions based on evidence.
• Advocate for a user-centric approach across cross-disciplinary product teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
• 3+ years of commercial experience as a UX/Digital Product Designer working on Enterprise/B2B software products.
• Strong core UX skills, including crafting IAs, user flows, screen layouts, and UI components.
• Proven track record of managing the entire design process from discovery and prioritization to launch.
• Experience in User Research and Usability Testing.
• A portfolio demonstrating your work and design process.

Nice to have

• Experience working with design systems.
• Experience in Service Design or mapping complex user journeys.
• Advanced degree in science, economics, or a related field.
