TL;DR
Customer Support Specialist (SaaS/MarTech): Providing high-quality product support for EMEA customers scaling their businesses with with an accent on technical troubleshooting and AI-driven workflow optimization. Focus on resolving complex software issues via email and chat, diagnosing technical bottlenecks, and enhancing support systems using AI.
Location: Hybrid (3 days p/week in office) in Dublin, Ireland. Full authorisation to work in Ireland without any restrictions required.

What you will do
- Provide high-quality product support for customers via email and live chat.
- Diagnose software issues and resolve escalated customer complaints.
- Offer guidance on non-technical areas including marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup.
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Integrate AI tools to build smarter systems and more efficient workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work weekends (available shifts include Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday).
- 1+ years experience in customer-facing roles, ideally troubleshooting SaaS issues.
- Proven experience experimenting with AI tools in work or personal projects.
- Full authorisation to work in Ireland without any restrictions.
- Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments with defined KPIs.
Nice to have
- Technical troubleshooting skills (APIs, integrations, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or networking basics).
- Background in MarTech SaaS, email deliverability, or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Zendesk and G-Suite.
