What you will do

• Execute and monitor day-to-day tactical operations for market-specific and regional experimentation roadmaps, ensuring on-time launches and adaptation to local nuances.
• Track timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation for experimentation initiatives using Jira/Asana, and support ROI tracking within established guidelines.
• Generate and disseminate performance reports with clear regional breakdowns, and maintain communication channels with client stakeholders across regions.
• Support Experimentation-Led Growth (ELG) operations by following ELG frameworks, coordinating with regional marketing/product/localisation teams, and troubleshooting operational issues tied to regional deployments.
• Perform technical configuration and setup for experimentation programs, including analytics suites and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) for market-specific audience segmentation.
• Extract, summarize, and prepare experiment findings and raw data (including regional anomalies/successes) for detailed review by the Experimentation Lead.

Requirements

• Strong experience coordinating and executing multiple market-specific and regional initiatives with on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Proficiency with project coordination tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of A/B testing and the ability to extract, compile, and organize experiment data for accurate reporting with regional performance metrics.
• Ability to configure and support experimentation platforms and integrated solutions, including analytics/measurement and CDP-based audience segmentation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including clear articulation of operational processes, technical requirements, and experiment status with regional deployment considerations.
