What you will do

• Apply Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban within IT project environments.
• Coach teams and utilize conflict resolution skills to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage project workflows and documentation using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders ranging from executive forums to technical teams.
• Lead teams with a high degree of autonomy and self-drive.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and their IT application.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid).
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of coding or Cloud hosting.
