What you will do

• Maintain a global overview of all active projects and overall portfolio status.
• Develop and manage portfolio planning, including timelines, resources, dependencies, critical paths, and costs.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning activities between multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Assess and monitor operational capacity to ensure visibility on resource availability and constraints.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate risks, dependencies, and planning deviations.
• Support executive decision-making through reporting and analysis using MS Project, Jira, and Power BI.

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project management, planning, or portfolio management.
• Experience within industrial automation, engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
