Location: Must be based in Parma, Italy (Hybrid role).

Salary: €1,000 per month.

What you will do

• Manage and provide functional support for the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support the development and maintenance of HR digital platforms, including SharePoint.
• Assist in the configuration and deployment of AI-powered HR knowledge solutions.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support HR Centers of Expertise.
• Create digital content for internal communities to drive user engagement.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders on digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Strong interest in HR digital tools and learning technologies.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of digital workplace platforms, particularly SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
