Location: Parma, Italy

Salary: €1,000 monthly reimbursement

hirify.global is a pharmaceutical company with a Global Human Resources function focused on employee development, continuous learning, and digital HR services.

What you will do

  • Manage and provide functional support for the hirify.global Learning Management System.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and support learning data reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain HR digital workplace platforms, including SharePoint, and organize HR knowledge.
  • Support legacy content migration, information governance, and process improvement.
  • Configure, train, test, and deploy AI-powered HR solutions while collecting user feedback.
  • Create internal digital content, support communities, and collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Strong interest in HR digital tools and learning technologies.
  • Good understanding of digital workplace platforms, particularly SharePoint.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders.
