TL;DR

Customer Success Technical Advisor: Providing expert technical support and driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling for hosting and email products. Focus on resolving complex customer inquiries, optimizing product setups, and achieving sales-driven targets in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in the UK. Role is hybrid with training required onsite in Worcester.

What you will do

  • Provide expert-level technical support for hosting, email, and related products.
  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Guide customers through product features, configuration, and best practices.
  • Identify and recommend upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to resolve complex issues and improve service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CMS systems.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship or relocation support available).
  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a phone-based or commercial environment.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CMS, ticketing systems, and account management processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
