What you will do
- Provide expert-level technical support for hosting, email, and related products.
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems.
- Guide customers through product features, configuration, and best practices.
- Identify and recommend upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to resolve complex issues and improve service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CMS systems.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship or relocation support available).
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a phone-based or commercial environment.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CMS, ticketing systems, and account management processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
