What you will do

• Build and iterate on AI-powered tools and capabilities to help product teams learn faster and make better decisions.
• Rapidly prototype solutions to compress key stages of the product development cycle.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to implement architectural patterns, data pipelines, and integration standards.
• Translate ambitious transformation goals into scalable, real-world technical systems.
• Influence the technical architecture for AI-powered systems designed to scale across the organization.
• Lead projects independently, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in software engineering or technical product development.
• Deep experience designing AI-powered systems, including agentic architectures, LLM orchestration, and RAG.
• Strong prototyping instincts with the ability to build functional versions for fast feedback.
• Proven experience translating operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience partnering with data science teams to define instrumentation and metric frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.
