Senior Product Manager (AI for Neocloud)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AI for Neocloud): Define and execute strategy for a catalog of Agentic AI solutions for Neoclouds, translating customer feedback into product requirements and coordinating cross-functional delivery with an accent on multi-tenant AI cloud services. Focus on LLM inference, MLOps workflows, and Kubernetes-aaS/GPU-as-a-Service offerings while tracking KPIs and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Location: Hybrid (onsite minimum 3 days/week in San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo)

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for a catalog of Agentic AI solutions for Neocloud providers.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate customer feedback into product requirements and market/product requirement documents.
• Build alignment and clarity across cross-functional teams to deliver product goals.
• Coordinate product delivery with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing support to drive customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain internal and external product collateral.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in enterprise datacenter products, AI/ML, Kubernetes, virtualization, IaaS/PaaS, or related cloud offerings.
• Experience with hybrid multi-cloud services.
• Experience working with Neoclouds/service providers.
• Direct experience or strong familiarity with the AI/ML product ecosystem, including LLM inference, MLOps workflows, and Agent harness/tools.
• Proven ability to innovate and launch products successfully.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to influence geographically distributed teams.
