Strategy & Corporate Development Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the development of corporate strategy and the corporate development agenda.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and support transformation initiatives.
• Conduct financial analyses, financial modelling, business cases, and market assessments.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, service operations, technology, finance, and other corporate functions.
• Prepare materials for executive leadership and structure management discussions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic role.
• Exposure to banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and business case development.
• Ability to structure complex topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, curiosity, and hands-on mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required.

Nice to have

• German or Italian language skills.
