Value, Access & Policy Associate (Biotech)

What you will do

• Manage case-by-case reimbursement processes under KVV71 to support individual patient access to hirify.global products.
• Negotiate directly with health insurers, fiduciary medical doctors, and treating physicians under project lead guidance.
• Support the strategy and execution of umbrella contracts with health insurers and industry standards.
• Support implementation of advanced IT solutions to improve efficiency in off-label access areas.
• Contribute to external engagement with industry and SGV association forums to shape KVV71 access pathway regulation.
• Support VA&P projects through research, stakeholder mapping, intelligence gathering, meetings, and market monitoring.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in economics, biomedical science, medicine, pharmacology, molecular biology, or law.
• Relevant academic or professional experience with the Swiss healthcare system.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with different functions in a complex matrix organization.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
