What you will do

• Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes using tools like Claude Code and Cursor pre-SOW.
• Contribute to the end-to-end development of pitch materials, including commercial scope and client narratives.
• Identify and surface opportunities for agentic AI integration within existing client accounts.
• Act as the primary technical authority and strategic bridge across multidisciplinary pods of consultants, engineers, and designers.
• Synthesize stakeholder insights to prioritize use cases by business impact and create clear briefs for engineering teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience post-graduation.
• Proven hands-on experience prototyping with the newest generation of AI tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Background in consulting, in-house transformation teams, or high-trajectory startups.
• Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and able to work from the office 4 days a week.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in Marketing, CRM, customer experience, Martech, or loyalty.
• Experience with enterprise Martech platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, or Braze.
• Practical experience with AI engineering tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Exposure to facilitating or participating in senior client workshops.
