What you will do

• Contribute to pitches by shaping commercial scope, client narratives, and success criteria.
• Identify agentic AI opportunities within existing client accounts to drive business value.
• Build hands-on proof-of-concepts and prototypes using tools like Claude Code.
• Translate client requirements into high-impact technical briefs for the engineering team.
• Act as a technical authority and strategic bridge across multidisciplinary project pods.
• Prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and stakeholder insights.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience post-graduation in consulting, transformation teams, or high-growth startups.
• Strong point of view on agentic AI and its impact on the future of work.
• Hands-on experience prototyping with the latest generation of AI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to drive deliveries independently under senior guidance.
• Location: Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark

Nice to have

• Experience in Marketing, CRM, customer experience, Martech, or loyalty domains.
• Familiarity with Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, or similar enterprise Martech platforms.
• AI engineering experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience participating in or facilitating senior client workshops.
