What you will do

• Build and ship customer-facing AI solutions that handle real financial tasks end-to-end.
• Design and improve agentic workflows that allow AI to act on behalf of customers.
• Develop internal AI tooling to enhance the speed and effectiveness of customer excellence teams.
• Experiment with and integrate LLM-based capabilities, including models, prompts, and retrieval systems.
• Collaborate with product and CX teams to translate customer pain points into scalable AI features.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proven track record of shipping AI or LLM-powered products to real users.
• Experience working across distributed systems and ability to learn new languages quickly.
• Practical experience with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments with end-to-end ownership.
• Must be based in Copenhagen and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
