What you will do

• Design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows for real public services.
• Build reusable agent frameworks, baseline code, and technical templates.
• Define guardrails, governance patterns, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Review code, architecture, and AI behavior.
• Monitor agents in production and implement fallback strategies between models and services.
• Provide technical advisory and support to experienced internal development teams.

Requirements

• Documented experience with at least one production AI agent or agentic LLM solution.
• Strong practical experience with AI guardrails, governance, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of compliance standards including GDPR, EU AI Act, and NIS2.
• Fluent Danish, written and spoken.
• Ability to work onsite in Copenhagen.
• Experience working closely with senior developers and architects.
