What you will do

• Design, establish, implement, and document projects and production processes/procedures, including country-specific documentation, ensuring quality and delivery timelines.
• Implement solutions that standardize operations and improve process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs.
• Act as a single point of contact for tools and process enhancements, providing platform/process expertise and coordinating with countries.
• Set up and deliver team training on time with required quality; continuously enrich the training base.
• Assess knowledge gaps, drive improvement actions, and ensure teams operate at the required level of knowledge.
• Propose and drive process improvements via automation, innovation, and convergence; support transformation/optimization and SOP compliance, including root-cause resolution for performance incidents.

Requirements

• Work experience in hirify.global operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent end-to-end operational understanding within the assigned stream and strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) and strong client communication skills.
• Good knowledge of specific FMCG categories and ability to resolve queries independently.
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, VLOOKUP, charts, spreadsheets, and tables.
