What you will do

• Manage end-to-end data acquisition, cleansing, and processing workflows for research deliverables.
• Conduct primary research interviews and synthesize findings to inform market analysis.
• Perform secondary research using trade journals, financial releases, and public reports.
• Develop and maintain advanced templates and workbooks for data aggregation and analysis.
• Build and refine comprehensive market models with clear documentation of assumptions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align research efforts with project goals and client expectations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in research, data analysis, or related roles.
• Proven proficiency in research methodologies and content preparation.
• Advanced skills in data tools including Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and identify market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Must be able to work from the Penang office as part of a hybrid schedule.
