What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for new products across the hirify.global application, Word Add-In, and Outlook plugin.
• Prioritize, scope, and ship integrations that drive customer value and competitive differentiation based on demand signals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, and PMM to align investments with commercial strategy.
• Translate new capabilities into sales enablement, positioning, and customer-facing narratives.
• Define success metrics for product health and iterate based on data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products in enterprise SaaS or data-intensive domains.
• Strong technical acumen in system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
• Experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control.
• Ability to influence stakeholders from engineers to executives and drive clarity through complexity.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco
