What you will do

• Develop and lead the execution of regional marketing plans for the DACH market.
• Define and manage lead generation campaigns across social media, PR, and digital channels.
• Coordinate and execute the yearly event plan, including tradeshows and partner conferences.
• Support local sales teams with localized presentations, pitches, and marketing collateral.
• Manage event budgets and analyze ROI to optimize future marketing investments.
• Lead internal communication initiatives in collaboration with regional HR teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
• Significant experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong interest in new technologies and international business growth.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), Adobe CC, and digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn/Google Ads).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Austria or Germany.
