What you will do

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the production team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Oversee the manufacture of chemically formulated consumables, ensuring adherence to batch records and quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day production activities, resources, and schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Provide hands-on technical support to technicians and operators for troubleshooting and process consistency.
• Lead investigations into production issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of CAPAs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational efficiency and documentation accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Chemistry or a relevant scientific discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing, formulation, or a similar technical production environment.
• Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
• Solid understanding of chemical processes, batch manufacturing, and quality systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
