What you will do

• Lead and supervise CAR-T process operations units to ensure safe and compliant manufacturing according to cGMP requirements.
• Conduct daily shift start and wrap-up meetings, assigning production tasks to team members.
• Provide guidance on the production floor and participate in production tasks during critical situations.
• Support manufacturing investigations, manage change controls, and revise operational procedures and batch records.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality departments to address production issues and ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee the development of production personnel and provide performance feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of operations experience in a cGMP biotech/biopharma environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Raritan, NJ, including evenings and weekends as required by shift schedules.
• Knowledge of FDA guidance for cell-based products and cleanroom behaviors.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience with Operational Excellence or Lean Manufacturing.
