What you will do

• Produce periodic market updates, listing reports, and weekly memos for advisory clients.
• Analyze local share registers and institutional shareholding movements to provide investor behavior intelligence.
• Support development efforts by preparing meeting presentations and content for advisory initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic group projects analyzing shareholding structures of major European indices.
• Assist in building and maintaining client relationships across France, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands, and Italy.
• Support the broader Investor Relations team with deliverables based on shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris or able to work from the office.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Currently pursuing or holding a business school or university degree in market finance.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, formulas; VBA skills are a strong asset).
• Ability to utilize financial databases such as Bloomberg and Factset.
• Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
