What you will do

• Create high-quality, accessible, and visually polished platform interfaces for complex workflows and information.
• Develop and evolve the design system, including reusable UI patterns, components, and templates.
• Collaborate closely with product designers and front-end engineers to ensure buildable and consistent implementation.
• Explore and implement new visual themes and interaction patterns to modernize the platform.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate prototyping and repetitive production tasks.
• Perform design QA and provide detailed implementation guidance for production-ready components.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI design, visual design, and building design systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished digital product work.
• Experience with reusable components, design tokens, or Storybook-style workflows.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Pragmatic approach to design within real product and technical constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS, enterprise dashboards, or data-rich interfaces.
• Basic understanding of front-end implementation principles.
• Interest in motion design, micro-interactions, or AI-assisted design tools.
