What you will do
- Engage high-potential prospects in the DACH region and transition leads into active buyers.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients to drive ROI and long-term loyalty.
- Execute up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to deepen client engagement and business growth.
- Collaborate with SDR, TAM, and CS teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and flawless handoffs.
- Analyze key metrics such as GMV, ARPU, and LTV to refine sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Provide customer feedback to product teams to drive marketplace innovation.
Requirements
- Native or professional proficiency in German and English.
- Must be based in Europe or the UK.
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Proven experience selling specifically within the DACH region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B marketplaces, tech industry, or luxury goods market.
- Strong data analytics skills used to drive business decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and customer lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in additional European languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch.
