What you will do

  • Engage high-potential prospects in the DACH region and transition leads into active buyers.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients to drive ROI and long-term loyalty.
  • Execute up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to deepen client engagement and business growth.
  • Collaborate with SDR, TAM, and CS teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and flawless handoffs.
  • Analyze key metrics such as GMV, ARPU, and LTV to refine sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Provide customer feedback to product teams to drive marketplace innovation.

Requirements

  • Native or professional proficiency in German and English.
  • Must be based in Europe or the UK.
  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience selling specifically within the DACH region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B marketplaces, tech industry, or luxury goods market.
  • Strong data analytics skills used to drive business decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch.
