What you will do

• Collect pre-requisite documentation and information to generate business requirements for quote-to-contract activities.
• Capture CPQ requirements with stakeholders and pass them into the backlog for prioritisation and refinement by the global team.
• Partner with development teams to clarify and anticipate technical requirements.
• Lead and coordinate UAT and testing in UAT and Live environments to secure sign-off for live deployment.
• Analyze and document how quotes and contracts are generated (manually or via CPQ/SOTI) and deliver change using the CPQ delegated admin tool (including price book updates).
• Drive CPQ adoption and governance, manage CPQ enhancement cases, and support QA of requirements, data analysis, and process changes.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Experience leading teams or projects and working autonomously to solve complex, detailed problems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, including experience working with remote teams (desirable).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with high attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
