TL;DR

Operational QA (Correspondent Management Associate) (Legal): Managing a network of external UCC correspondents to ensure efficient search and filing services with an accent on network recruitment, training, and quality control. Focus on optimizing routing in the Fulfillment Database and ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be based in the USA and legally authorized to work without sponsorship. Office attendance required 8 days a month (within 50 miles of a WK office).

Salary: $34,300 - $57,400 USD

What you will do

  • Recruit, train, and retain a national and international network of external UCC correspondents.
  • Perform routine analyses and tests of quality control programs, including data and process assessments.
  • Manage accounting functions for Secretary of State and County accounts, including invoice resolution.
  • Research and map jurisdictions within the Fulfillment Database and Order Central system.
  • Collaborate with IT and Service teams to resolve routing issues and meet business needs.
  • Provide support and sample testing for new correspondents to ensure service requirements are met.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in internal client service support and communication.
  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ year experience, or 3+ years experience without a degree.
  • Basic knowledge of legal documents affecting real estate title and filing requirements.
  • Familiarity with UCC product requirements and jurisdictional needs.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications and strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
